High Performance Training 22 week program, 2 hour sessions Up to 2 skills (Hitting, Fielding, Catching, Pitching) + Strength and Conditioning Individual player programs done in a group setting Testing days thru out the off season Facility membership to come and get your work in on your own Low player to instructor ratio $1500.00 + HST per player Add a second instructed training day $1000.00 + HST per player Payment options available
